DRUM RECOVERY

Recover your existing drum and save money.  Why buy a new drum when you can recover your existing drum for less?  Our recovery service will transform your drum into a higher quality drum than any of the OEM’s can produce.  We are the only service that high-speed grinds the rubber to replicate actual machine speed and our balancing outperforms any drum manufacture in the industry.

We can recover practically any floor sander drum with our special molding process.

• Drums are completely stripped of any old rubber
• New OEM type rubber is molded directly to your drum
• We use the same hardness/durometer rubber as OEM for black belt drums
• Our RED SPONGE rubber is the same durable material that has been for decades
• Drums are precision ground and belt drums are ground with a slight taper (football shape)
• Two plane electronic balancing process is done to OEM spec for every drum
• Normal turnaround time is about two weeks, but can be longer or shorter depending on the season

When shipping drums to us please always ensure the drum for replacement value and keep the tracking information.

DRUM EXCHANGE

We offer drum exchanges when you do not have time for your drum to be recovered.

• Many drums can be exchanged before we receive your old drum by charging you a refundable core fee of up to $800.
• If you would not like to be charged a core fee we can exchange your drum once we receive your core and inspect it.
• Availability often changes and is not shown online.
• You will need to call to check availability and to order an exchange drum.
